WaterBarge Restaurant & Tavern
Catering is pleased to offer our newly remodeled banquet facilities
for your special planning needs. We realize each event is unique and we
can assist you with individual requests as they arise. WaterBarge
Restaurant & Tavern is located in the Vallejo Marina with a spectacular
view of the harbor. Our in-house chefs use the finest, freshest seasonal
ingredients in all of our menu selections. WaterBarge Restaurant & Tavern
has a fully stocked bar as well as an extensive wine list to choose from.
We look forward to providing you with customized service.
Viola Room
The window-surrounded Viola Room overlooks the beautiful Vallejo Marina
and can accommodate up to 60 guests. The fee for this facility is $175.00.
This facility is not available on Monday.
Francesca Room
Perfect for an intimate meeting or small celebration, the Francesca Room
can accommodate up to 18 guests. We do not charge a fee for the use of
this facility, however, there is a 10 guest minimum requirement. This
facility is not available on Monday.
We are pleased to provide you with the following complimentary services
when you book a banquet facility .
- Event coordination and menu consultation.
- China, glassware, flatware, chairs and tables
with white linen overlays and napkins.
- Uniformed service staff who will provide you with
set-up and clean-up.
Time periods for events are from
11:00am to 3:00pm, or 6:00pm to 10:00pm. Other time frames may be
available by special arrangement.

Special Event Guidelines
We will work closely with you to organize and coordinate your event. Below
we have highlighted and summarized many details to assist you in this
planning process.
Please Sign & Return:
Deposit: The $175.00 facility fee is required to hold the
date and space for your event in the Viola Room. A $75.00 deposit is
required to hold your date and space in the Francesca Room. This must be
paid at the time you book and confirm your event and is non-refundable.
Payment: The guaranteed number of guests must be confirmed seven
days prior your event along with final menu and beverage selections. Final
payment is due three days prior to your event and is non-refundable. The
guaranteed number of guests may be increased within 7 days of your event,
however, decrease in the guest count will not be permitted. No change in
guaranteed guest count will be permitted within 2 days of the event. All
banquet charges must be applied to one account, as WaterBarge Restaurant &
Tavern cannot responsible for collection from individuals. We accept cash,
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and personal checks.
Event Times:
Event times as stated in the contract are considered binding in order to
insure that we may successfully service subsequent events. The Client
agrees to begin its function promptly at the scheduled time and agrees to
have guests, invitees and other persons vacate the designated function
area at the closing hour contracted. Overtime may be applied to the final
bill if this policy is not observed.

Catering:
WaterBarge Restaurant & Tavern will provide all food and beverage.
Exceptions are made for wine and champagne or sparkling wine. A $10.00 per
bottle corkage fee will apply for wine, $15.00 per bottle corkage fee will
apply to champagne or sparkling wine (750 ml). A hosted or non-hosted
cocktail or beverage set up may be arranged. The bartender fee for hosted
or non-hosted beverage service is $20.00 per hour. Cocktails and beverages
are charged on a consumption basis unless otherwise stated. All persons
consuming liquor on the premises must be of legal age, as imposed by state
law. WaterBarge Restaurant & Tavern reserves the right to refuse service
of liquor to any member of your group at any time during the event.
We are
happy to accommodate vegetarian requests and dietary restrictions as well
as a child's selection. Although one entree is recommended per event, we
will allow a maximum choice of 2 entrees. A guaranteed count of each
selection is required seven (7) days prior to your event.
If you
would like to bring in your own cake, we would be happy to cut and serve
it for you. A cake-cutting fee of $2.00 per person will be added to your
bill. Local Environmental Health Department rulings prohibit any person
from removing any food from the premises.
Decorations: All special decorations must
be discussed in detail with the event coordinator prior to your event. We
will be happy to assist you with the arranging of centerpieces, flowers,
specialty linens, etc.
Prices and service charges: Menu prices
are subject to change without notice. Many of our menu selections are
based on seasonal availability. In the event a menu selection is no longer
available, our chef will offer a comparable substitution prior to your
event.
A 20% service charge will be added
to all food and beverage served. A 7.375% California State sales tax will
be added to all food, beverage, facility fees and services provided by
WaterBarge Restaurant & Tavern in accordance with California State tax
laws.
Responsibilities:
WaterBarge Restaurant & Tavern is not responsible for damage or loss to
any merchandise, articles, or valuables of the Client or of the Client's
guests or invitees, located in the restaurant prior to, during or
subsequent to any function.

Client is responsible for any damage
done to the restaurant during the period of time the facilities are
subject to the Client's use, or any independent contractor hired by the
Client, or Client's agent. The Client or Organization scheduling an event
agrees to assume full responsibility for the conduct of its members or
guests, assumes liability for charges incurred by its members or guests,
and/or damages caused by its members or guests.
A signed copy of the banquet event policy information sheet must be
returned with the facility fee or deposit to secure your event date and
space.
You will receive a banquet contract confirming the details of your event.
